Registeration
All participants and accompanying persons who wish to attend the scientific sessions, and social events are requested to fill out the registration form. We urge you to register early to avoid the "bottle necks" during the conference. Please complete the attached registration form as soon as you can and return it with the indicated fee to the Conference Secretariat. Each delegate must fill in a separate form. For additional forms please feel free to photocopy. Please read this booklet carefully before completing the form. Registration forms are accepted via ordinary, express mail or via fax. After 31 December 2006 registration is only site at the conference in Sharm Elshikh Egypt. If you need special assistance Please contact the conference secretariat.

Badges
Each participant and accompanying person will be provided with a name badge and it is kindly, requested to wear it at all time throughout the Conference. Only badge holders will be admitted

* Registered-accompanying person cannot participate in the scientific program.
The conference materials will not be mailed but will be available for pick-up at the conference registration desk.
PAYMENT:
Checks or bank drafts should be in US S payable to the conference coordinator and mailed to him on the above-mentioned address. Cash payment would be also accepted. " Do not send money via mail" the conference is not responsible if it gets lost in the mail.
Currency and exchange
The currency unit is the Egyptian Pound Convertible foreign currency may be exchanged at airport, in banks, foreign exchange offices Current Daily change rates.
Climate
The weather in Sharm EL-SHikh is usually sunny, warm and pleasant in September; the average night/ day temperature is around +14°/+25°C, respectively. The Conference sites and hotels rooms are well air conditioned.
Electricity
The standard voltage in Egypt is 220 Volts, with a frequency of 50 Hertz.
Visas
Nationals bearing ordinary passports of some countries are subject to visa obligations. Please contact the nearest Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in your country before departure or visit
Insurance
In registering for the 4 th WPC participants will not be insured for any risks. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements in respect of short-term health and travel insurance. The organizing committee and the Conference secretariat do not assume any liability what so ever.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
Cancellation can only be made in writing to the Organization Secretariat. Refunding of the registration fee will be made under the following Conditions:
Registration will be confirmed upon payment of registration fees, first- night-hotel deposit and pre-payment of social program, if reserved. Deadline for pre-registration: July 31 st 2006 should payment/registration be received after this date, you will receive your confirmation at the conference office on site. In case of cancellation of participation before July 31 2006.
